River views, city glimpses and foreshore access will be on offer on April 13 when Colliers International auctions two residential lots in Wilson.
The lots, at 52 Bridge Street, will be sold by Colliers International’s David Gibbons who said riverfront lots were rare and he was expecting competition from a number of bidders.
“The auction is an opportunity to secure prime residential sites on one of Wilson’s most picturesque riverfront streets while still being close to the amenity of an established suburb,” Mr Gibbons said.
“The lots are the last residential sites before the Bridge Street cul-de-sac and buyers will have the Canning River and Fern Park Playground on their doorstep, while the popular Lo Quay River Café is just 100 metres away.”
Lot 2 is 318sqm and Lot 3 is 304sqm. Both survey strata lots are titled and serviced with underground power, NBN access, deep sewerage, reticulated gas and scheme water connections.
The Bridge Street blocks are 4km from Curtin University, 2.9km from Riverton Shopping Centre and 13km from Perth’s CBD.
Mr Gibbons said the location also meant buyers would be close to recreation activities offered by a riverfront home, including canoeing, walkways along Canning River and access to public open space.
The auction will be held at 52 Bridge Street at 11.30am on Saturday, April 13.
Experienced auctioneer David McManus, who joined Colliers International earlier this year as a Senior Land Sales Executive, will auction the homesites.
Colliers International’s residential division expanded into residential land sales in 2018 and has since been appointed to co-ordinate the marketing and sales of a number of master-planned communities in Perth.
