Colliers International have welcomed a National Director to join their Occupier Services team.
Nick Greenwell has rejoined Colliers International, originally working for the company for five years in 2002-2006. With over 15 years of industrial property experience, Nick has a strong reputation as a well-rounded expert and has worked across all major sectors of commercial real estate.
“We are pleased to have Nick boomerang back to lead the NSW Industrial Occupier Services team where he will play an integral role in growing the business and integrating Logistics and Supply Chain Consultancy into our service offering,” said Doug Henry, Managing Director, Occupier Services at Colliers International.
“Nick’s most recent role, as a Development Manager, will also make him particularly valuable on design and construct projects across the occupier market.”
As well as Colliers, Nick has held positions at Fife Capital, Walker Corporation and Investa, with direct experience in a development role, an institutional role and an agency role.
“I was thrilled to join Colliers again, particularly within the Occupier Services team. Colliers’ has a strong reputation as an industry leader in the industrial asset class and I’m looking forward to applying the skills and knowledge I have attained in the property development space to assisting corporate occupiers with their industrial portfolios,” said Nick Greenwell, National Director in Occupier Services at Colliers International.
“As the broader Sydney industrial market continues to tighten, tenants are finding it particularly challenging to secure industrial sites and properties on favourable terms, so I’m excited to be working with our occupier clients to achieve exceptional results on their behalf. “
