A Kalgoorlie commercial building that is leased to a FoodWorks supermarket will be offered for sale in a marketing campaign run by Colliers International.
The sale of the building at 60 Collins Street in Piccadilly, will be overseen by Colliers International’s Tim Scott and Shane Isaacs.
“This building occupies a prime site in north Kalgoorlie where it is surrounded by an established residential area and is close to the Kalgoorlie Health Campus,” Mr Scott said.
“With the town’s economy expected to benefit from new investment in the gold industry and an increase in exploration drilling, there will be a good level of interest in this well-located commercial property.”
The FoodWorks lease has rent reviews at 3.5 per cent per annum.
The freehold sale will include the retail building and a rear house which occupy a 2023qm site on the corner of Collins and Maritana streets.
The building has a long frontage to Maritana Street, one of Kalgoorlie’s main thoroughfares, and a rear lane way for loading.
Offers for the property close on December 19.
